Inclusion and Diversity Survey

ACWWA and Acadia University are working on a research study. Our project is examining the role that organizations have on commitment to the water industry. This study will help us provide recommendations regarding the recruitment and retention of individuals from varied backgrounds, age groups and populations.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, you will be asked to answer demographic questions and to complete questionnaires. The study will take no more than 20 minutes of your time. The survey is anonymous. The data being collected does not contain any identifying information about you.

If you participate in this study, your name will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card to a bookstore, gas station, or grocery store (winner chooses) once you have completed the survey. It will not be possible to link your survey responses to the name/email used to enter you into the draw.

If you choose to participate, please click HERE to proceed to the consent form, followed by the survey.
