YOUNG PROFESSIONALS COMMITTEE

Duties

The ACWWA Young Professionals Committee is made up of engineers, researchers, technical sales people, and managers getting their start in the water and wastewater industry. Our goal is to provide these young professionals with fun networking and volunteer opportunities to enhance their budding careers.

Networking Events

The ACWWA Young Professionals Committee organizes social networking events througout the year. In the past, these have included pub nights, conference events, and brewery tours.

 

 

Sporting Events

Curling? Kayaking? Softball?
Tell us what sports you like to play and we'll organize events for ACWWA YPs in your community.

 

 

Outreach

Participate in educational outreach projects, including the first-ever Atlantic Canada High School Water Tower Challenge.

 

 

Volunteer Opportunities

Make connections with other ACWWA groups including the Education Committee, Scholarship Committee, and Water for People.
