ACWWA Delegate Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing, on company letterhead, and faxed, mailed, or emailed to the ACWWA Office. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations postmarked/fax-dated 14 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days of the conference start will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than seven days before the conference will not be refunded. 2025 Annual Conference Sponsorship Online Applications are now available!   The ACWWA 2024 Annual Conference will be held in Saint John's NL October 5th to 7th at theSt. John’s Convention Centre.
