2025 Conference Hotel

The 2025 ACWWA conference will be held at the St. John’s Convention Centre. The Delta Hotel is within walking distance and connected by ped ways.
 
Rooms are available at the conference rate of $259 until Sept 03, 2025.

Annual Conference Cancellation Policy

ACWWA Delegate Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing, on company letterhead, and faxed, mailed, or emailed to the ACWWA Office. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations postmarked/fax-dated 14 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days of the conference start will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than seven days before the conference will not be refunded. The ACWWA Conference APP for 2025 is now available in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store; search for acwwa.

The ACWWA Annual Conference mobile app is designed to be a digital companion to the in-person conference.
