ACWWA Delegate Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing, on company letterhead, and faxed, mailed, or emailed to the ACWWA Office. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations postmarked/fax-dated 14 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days of the conference start will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than seven days before the conference will not be refunded.  The ACWWA 2024 Annual Conference will be held in Fredericton from September 22nd to 24th at the Fredericton Convention Centre on the beautiful Wolastoq (Saint John River).

This conference will host over 400 participants and is an excellent opportunity for your organization to gain exposure from this focused group of municipalities, regulators, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and operators.
