Annual Conference Cancellation Policy
ACWWA Delegate Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing, on company letterhead, and faxed, mailed, or emailed to the ACWWA Office. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations postmarked/fax-dated 14 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days of the conference start will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than seven days before the conference will not be refunded.
